Danny’s cooking style is all about fresh, high-quality, local, seasonal ingredients. He has previously held Head Chef positions at Smiths of Wapping, Butler’s Wharf Chop House, Cucumber at Sea Containers and No29 Power Station West in Battersea.

Dee has experience working with some of London’s best-known restaurants, bars and brewers – Conran at Butler’s Wharf, Balls Brothers City Wine Bars, Smiths of Wapping, Meantime Brewing Company. “Service is my focus and I enjoy helping guests have the total experience combining the elements of beer, wine, food and good company.”


Laurence Creamer

Beer sommelier

Laurence is an accredited beer sommelier that writes and gives talks about the quality, versatility and diversity of beer. His passion is matching beer and food and he regularly holds pairing events showcasing how beer is the perfect accompaniment to almost every dish on a menu. He has also written articles on beer and food for The Telegraph, Guardian, and Mail Online, as well as in-house Waitrose and Sainsbury’s magazines.

Simon has been in the wine trade for 15 years, selling to the UK’s top sommeliers & restaurants for 11 of these. He is WEST Diploma accredited and currently acts as Head of Trade Sales for one of the country’s top importers. Pulling together wines from a number of different suppliers he has created an exciting list which caters for both classic and eclectic tastes.
